ABOUT

Rebecca Smith-Casey, JD/PsyD received a law degree from Villanova School of Law and her PsyD in School and Clinical Psychology from Kean University. Dr. Smith-Casey is a certified school psychologist and licensed clinical psychologist who presently conducts psychosexual evaluations in Philadelphia, PA, as well as working in private practice engaging in forensic evaluations. Dr. Smith-Casey is also the author of the New Jersey Competency Assessment Tool (NJ-CAT).
